Working Together

Therapy is a space for growth, reflection, and care- and it works best when there’s clarity, trust, and mutual respect. This page outlines the key information you need before starting our work together.

If you have any questions or need clarification, your therapist is always happy to talk things through.

Fees

Please head to the profile page of the therapist for their respective rates.

Some clients are on earlier fee arrangement which will continue as agreed, unless otherwise discussed.

Payment is due at the time of each session via PayNow or bank transfer. You can also keep a credit card details on file to automate payment (subject to additional admin fee). Receipts are available upon confirmation of payment receipt on our end.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please give at least 48 hours’ notice. This allows the slot to be offered to another client.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee of SGD 50, unless we can reschedule within the same calendar week, or in the event of emergencies or urgent medical reasons. Missed sessions without notice will be charged the full session fee. Of course, we understand that unexpected situations arise - please reach out if something urgent happens or you are really unwell.

Sessions are conducted in-person or online, in a secure and private space.

What you share in therapy stays private. There are a few situations where your therapist may be legally or ethically required to break confidentiality, including:

If there is a serious and immediate risk of harm to you or someone else

If there is suspected abuse or neglect or if someone young/ vulnerable is at risk

If your therapist is required to comply with a court order or legal process

If any such situation arises, your therapist will do their best to speak with you about it first whenever possible.

Scope & Fit

Therapy is most helpful when there’s a good fit. If your therapist feels that your needs are outside their areas of expertise, or that another form of support would be more beneficial, they will let you know and do their best to offer referrals.

They also reserve the right to decline or discontinue therapy if needed due to ethical concerns, conflict of interest, or a breakdown in the therapeutic relationship which could impact the efficacy of the therapeutic process.
